NOTE: No exhibitor’s equipment, tent, or other property may overrun the rented space without prior approval from show management. Exhibitors cannot “sublet” any portion of a site to another exhibitor. Live exhibitors must not demonstrate or display more than three brands of self-contained equipment on any given site. All spaces are available on a first come, first serve basis. Please check the show website for up-to-date availability of exhibitor sites.

Mid-South Forestry Equipment Show, Inc. is a nonprofit corporation organized to provide technology transfer from forestry and related equipment manufacturers to the forestry community. Minimized revenues are used exclusively to offset the costs of conducting the Show and to make Show improvements designed to achieve the educational outreach purpose of the corporation.

The Exhibit Site Reservation form (PDF) should be faxed to 662-325-0027 (or mailed) to temporarily reserve your site. To hold your site, the completed and signed Space Reservation Contract along with a check for 50% of the total site fee must be received in the mail within 10 business days of the submission of your Exhibit Site Reservation Form.

• Limited complimentary show admission for exhibitor staff is included as part of the exhibitor site fee. The following number of exhibitor badges will be provided:

Tent Booths (T) – 2 badges per booth
Static Area (S) – 6 badges per site
Forested Live Site (L & LNH) – 20 badges per site

• To receive this complimentary admission, the authorized exhibitor representative should use the Exhibitor Staff Pre-registration Form (PDF) to pre-register staff members. This form should be faxed to 662-325-0027 no later than August 17, 2021.
• The exhibitor representative must retrieve the packet of badges at show check-in and is responsible for distributing the badges to exhibitor staff prior to the start of the show.
• Following August 17, 2021, the Exhibitor Staff Pre-registration Form will not be accepted, and staff members will be required to pre-register via the show website ($20) or pay admission at the show gate ($25).
• Pre-registration opens on June 6, 2021 and closes on September 6, 2021. Pre-registration is $20; $25 at the gate. Spouses and children 17 and under are admitted at no charge.

Provide proof of the appropriate amount of liability insurance (PDF) to the show by September 13, 2021. This may be faxed or mailed. 

Tent and Furniture Rental:

• Exhibitors may rent tents, furniture, electricity, and other items for use at the show from Outdoor Events-Corporate and Special Events. The Rental Request Form (PDF) should be completed and faxed to Outdoor Events at 706-221-1901. Outdoor Events will then return a fax to the exhibitor which includes an invoice and payment form. Rental forms should be submitted no later than August 17, 2021.
• PLEASE NOTE: Exhibitors should correspond directly with Outdoor Events regarding rental items. Contact information for Outdoor Events may be found at the top of the Outdoor Events Rental Request Form. Please do not send your rental requests to the Mid-South Forestry Equipment Show staff.
